The brief

  • Rare specialized workshops in France
  • Trustworthy, technical positioning
  • Built before any stock existed

Airsoft replicas need aftermarket work to perform beyond stock — internal upgrades most owners are too nervous to attempt themselves. In France, specialized workshops are rare enough that many players ship their replicas abroad just to get them serviced.

Peak Airsoft is a Paris-based workshop built to close that gap: diagnosing and repairing internals other shops won't touch, at a reasonable cost, with an eye on “future-proofing” each build rather than just patching it. The brand had to look as technical and trustworthy as the work itself, built before there was a shop full of stock to photograph.

The website

  • Dark hero built around a real replica
  • Services segmented by benefit
  • Three-tier pricing, diagnostic to custom

A dark, high-contrast header built around a real custom replica sets the niche instantly. Services are segmented by benefit — speed, reliability, precision — rather than a flat technical checklist, so a visitor can place their own playstyle before reading a single spec. Pricing runs three columns from a free diagnostic to a quoted custom build, so the entry point stays accessible while complex projects still have room to be complex. The site itself was built and iterated on with Claude Code, so design decisions and implementation stayed in the same loop instead of a static handoff to a developer.

Building a brand before the stock existed

  • Every image started from a real photo
  • Gemini edited, never generated raw
  • Shifted to real builds after launch

With no shop full of parts to photograph yet, AI-assisted image editing filled the gap — Google Gemini added or removed components on real replicas, adjusted lighting, and placed gear on mannequins. Every image started from an actual photograph and got enhanced from there, never generated from scratch, which kept the output realistic instead of drifting into the uncanny look AI photography usually gets flagged for.

Since launch, content has shifted toward real work — client replicas, custom builds, internal parts — with AI staying on for editing and presentation rather than carrying the whole image.

Cross-platform content

  • One video, cross-posted everywhere
  • TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, in one click
  • Inquiries funnel back to the site

OneUp centralizes posting across TikTok, YouTube and niche communities like Reddit — turning a single build video into a multi-platform post with one click, and keeping every technical inquiry funneled back to the website instead of scattered across DMs.

Results

  • Shipped before the shop had stock
  • 27k followers on YouTube
  • AI mockups giving way to real builds
0kYouTube followers

A brand, a website and a content pipeline, all standing before the workshop had a single shelf of stock to photograph — and a system built to keep working now that it does. The YouTube channel alone has grown to 27k followers, with content shifting steadily from AI-assisted mockups toward real client builds as the shop's own work catches up to the brand it launched with.
